Selected projects:

- providing legal support to a Ukrainian communication solutions service provider and a U.S.-based global provider of information technology services and consulting on the legal due diligence of HR documents for their Ukrainian subsidiaries, drafting labour protection procedures, employment contracts (including top managers), their salaries and compensation in anticipation of their sale;

- advising a real estate company on vacation calculation in Ukraine, payment of bonuses to terminated employees, drafting labour protection procedures, employment contracts, and obtaining work permits for foreign employees;

- advising an international company specialised in services and technical solutions for the oil and gas industry on regulatory matters related to hiring employees by a representative office;

- advising a global IT company on a new strategy for engagement of private entrepreneurs to reduce risks for them being recognised as employees;

- advising an Australian investor on booking employees for the drone production entity (military mobilisation matters).
