- advising defence industry companies on change of corporate documents (charters and regulations), change of supervisory board documents with respect to legislative changes for regulation of state-controlled entities under the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine under the Law 3587-IX dated 22.02.2024 (improvement of corporate governance) and Law 4196-IX dated 09.01.2025 (civil and corporate law reform), advising on their day-to-day activity, legal risks, including convening general meetings of shareholders, convening supervisory board meetings, approval of significant transactions and transactions with interested parties;

- representing an international debt collection agency on acquisition of a substantial shareholding in a financial institution before the Financial Services Commission;

- representing an international debt collection agency on acquisition of a substantial shareholding in a professional stock market participant before the Securities Commission;

- advising a leading international machine manufacturer on the acquisition of a Ukrainian LLC, ongoing corporate, tax, employment and regulatory matters related to its activities in Ukraine;

- advising a British investment company on security issues related to the financing of a Ukrainian subsidiary;

- providing legal support to a leading manufacturer of technical equipment in Central and Eastern Europe in the acquisition of a Ukrainian LLC;

- advising an international renewable energy manufacturer on the sale of a Ukrainian LLC;

- providing full legal support to an Australian investor on drone business in Ukraine and operation of a Ukrainian LLC;

- advising a US citizen on operation of a charity foundation in Ukraine;

- advising a Ukrainian investor on operation of a Ukrainian LLC and participation in drone procurement in Ukraine;

- providing legal support to British law firm on registration of representative office in Ukraine;

- advising international oil retail corporation on issues related to corporate restructuring in Ukraine.
